Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original JOSEF SEIBEL box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
